Mr. Nabil Y. Patel is appointed as the Executive Director of Sales & Marketing and Business Development in Valor Estate Limited (Formerly known as D B Realty Limited) with effect from 12th April, 2024, playing the role at the group level . He was serving on the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director since 15th September, 2020. He has been associated with the Company since incorporation of the Company and looking after functions of sales and marketing at the Group level. Under his revered leadership, the real estate company has sold apartments worth Rs. 7000 Crores.

Nabil Patel's exceptional contribution to the real estate sector has bagged him prestigious awards like 'Design Ace' award by Economic Times ACETECH Design Wall in 2009, 'GroheHurun Real Estate Industry Achievement' award by Hurun Report in 2019, 'Marketer of the Year' and 'Excellence In Marketing' award by the Economic Times ACETECH Awards in 2010 and 2014 respectively. He also received the esteemed 'Commercial Master Builder of the year' award by Construction Source India. His achievements' list is further accredited by his participation in Google CMO Boot Camp, Mumbai in 2017.

Having started his career early in the real estate development business, Nabil Patel has over 25 years of experience in marketing and development sector contributing consistently in the growth of the most complex and sophisticated projects in and across Mumbai. Taking upon the core responsibilities of sales, marketing, land acquisition, liaising & co-ordination, as well as land-related matters including identification of land location, he has steered the company towards a special niche in the real estate market. He is actively involved in supporting the company's strategic business development and overall operations. Being a believer in quality, value and customer-centricity, Nabil Patel ensures that every aspect of the company's output communicates the firm's beliefs. In the recent past, he played vital role by coordinating with various partners such as Adani Realty, Prestige Estate, Godrej Properties etc. in accomplishment of joint venture /partnership deals with them.
